This large suite on the top floor overlooks the large terrace of Palazzo Luce. It is divided into two rooms by a glass wall separating the sleeping area from the “studio” and sitting room space. The bright interiors, are characterized by yellow and white majolica tiles, an exclusive re- edition made for Palazzo Luce from Ponti’s original floor design at the Milan residence in Via Dezza. From the green decoration of the fireplace – another Pontian reference to the interlocking of the typical triangles, imagined as a tribute by Giuliano dellUva Architetti from the intense blu colour of the wall in the studio area. Also here, there is original furniture by Ponti and Caccia Dominioni. On the walls the work a contemporary art protagonist, Marcel Duchamp and a series of vintage photographic prints by Ugo Mulas from his body of works produced in the early 1970s. The bathroom, with shower, display an elegant contrast of solid blacks mottled with yellow and original furnishings by Ponti.
